The premium you pay is determined when you join and at each annual renewal by the number and the age of the persons to be covered under your policy.
Method of Payment
You may pay your premium by cash, Local Cheques, Foreign Draft or Credit Card
Special Discounts
If you pay your annual premium by Credit Card, you qualify for a discount of up to 10%
Company Paid and Other Group Discounts
Many companies elect to provide their valued employees with a Laferla healthplan cover as an additional benefit. Companies and groups who pay the premium on behalf of five subscribers or more, not being members of the same household, qualify for a discount of 10%.
For groups of over 45 persons, a special flat premium rate is applied
per
person, irrespective of age or sex.
